Recommendations for care:

- keep off of the water,
- do not bath, shower with polymer clay jewellery,

- keep off  the open fire (avoid overheating)
- put your favourite perfume or hairspray, makeup, body and sun creams before putting on polymer clay jewellery
- store your jewellery away from the sun

How to Return:

JFJ Handmade Jewellery will accept returns of unwanted items (except earrings for the hygiene reasons) within 14 days of purchase (UK) and 28 days (overseas).

All jewellery must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Please complete and include the returns slip that was sent with your original purchase so we can process your request swiftly.

The jewellery returns must be sent by Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns unless signed for by us.
